TWO FAB FEMMES walked into a bar, er... studio!

So thrilled to be back... life has been amazing since my last post and recent endeavors have me so excited, I knew it was time to continue my trek as you 'Follow Me To Hollywood'!

With the success of my book, Even Pretty Girls POO: the pretty girl's survival guide to avoiding the uglies, I am continuing my passion to bring inspiration and empowerment to women. My most recent venture involves co-creating, co-publishing and co-hosting a podcast called Two Fab Femmes, a sassy conversational forum for women covering personal, professional and political topics. My amazing co-host, Gina Cafasso and I tackle the good, the bad and the ugly we women face while surviving in this great, big world. No topic is too big or too small.

I have officially launched my book, Even Pretty Girls... POO: The pretty girl's survival guide to avoiding the uglies on Amazon! 

My book covers an array of self-help topics through chapters such as Beauty, Sex, You-o-licious, Dudes, OMG! Moments and, of course, Ugliest of the Uglies - an absolute arsenal of tricks and tips to ensure every girl keeps her head up, lipstick on and conquers the world… without the proverbial spinach in her teeth!

It’s no secret that girls encounter the same uglies that boys do, yet find no need to brag about it. Learn how to sidestep all land mines like a lady, while surreptitiously moonwalking out of a room.

2012... A Year in Review

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

Well it's been over a year and half since I've blogged... time flies when you're having the best year ever!

I have accomplished so much this past year, it is utterly amazing to me.  I met the man of my dreams, traveled, bought a home... and finished writing my book!  Yes, I started writing a book in 2011 - a concept that came to me in 2010, and on Christmas day, 2012 I completed it.  Needless to say, I'm elated!!! 

The book concept is a 'pretty girl's survival guide to avoiding the uglies'... and while not every chapter will be for every woman, every woman will find her chapter.  It should prove to be intriguing with a touch of shock and awe... you know, the way I live my life! :)

As 2012 comes to a close, I will begin 2013 preparing for the launch of my book and, as usual, life will continue to be exciting!!!
